All Things Shipping
We offer the lowest, calculated shipping fee for USPS First Class rate, and free shipping on domestic orders over $40.
We offer $20 flat rate international shipping.
Please note, we cannot offer exchanges on international orders but we do accept returns (return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer).
All of our jewelry is fulfilled out of our Lake Oswego studio. Due to its handmade nature, please allow 3- 5 business days for orders to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is fulfilled.
A Note On International Shipping:
International orders continue to experience longer than expected shipping timelines. Based on carrier delays, please allow up to 5 weeks for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived by then, contact customer care for help. Our fulfillment timelines are usually within 1 - 3 business days of receiving your order, but there is nothing we can do about the extended carrier delays for international orders.
